Inspired by Californian Diners, our menu offers classics like philly cheesesteaks and burgers,
to authentic tacos and all day pancakes.
Our burgers are made using 28 day dry-aged Devon ‘Ruby Red’ beef.
With one of the best brunches in town, head on down for our popular fried chicken & waffles.
We use local suppliers for all our dishes and provenance is hugely important to us.

Making coffee better is at the heart of everything we do at Extract Coffee Roasters, and that means making coffee better for the farmers that produce it.
We believe that ethical coffee means supporting coffee farmers by buying coffee from the same farmer year after year so that they can forward-plan for next year’s crop.
LOCALLY SOURCED BESPOKE MEAT FROM RUBY & WHITE BUTCHERS
Ruby & White work with small scale farming operations as they provide a much more sustainable option and are better for the welfare of the animals.
By primarily working with farmers close to Bristol we believe we can help support the local area, its economy and communities.

“We hired the wave room upstairs and it was perfect for my sister’s hen party. We decorated the venue to how we wanted it, had a sit down meal and danced the night away. They provided us with equipment to play music on. The space was perfect for us. Food was great, lots of choice for veggies. Service was great and organising it was really easy and the staff were so helpful. Would highly recommend for private parties!”
